On June 25, 2008, the Boards of Directors of Souderton Mennonite Homes and Dock Woods Community announced plans to affiliate the two organizations under one parent company, with a common Board of Directors and leadership team.

The vision for the affiliation is to strengthen each community and enhance the services we provide, while also extending the reach of Anabaptist senior care services in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Throughout the transition and beyond, we remain committed to providing the same high-quality services our residents have come to expect. The affiliation is expected to be complete by the end of 2008.
